The City of Milton's Facade Improvement Program works to enhance the City's traditional downtown area. Since inception in March of 2005, a number of successessful projects have been completed. The before and after photos are very impressive. Click here to view the before and after project photos.
Coordinated by the Community Development Authority (CDA), the program gives financial incentive for property owners and tenants in the specified downtown areas (either within TID #7 or #8) to improve the exterior of their buildings. The program offers matching grants up to $5,000 for facade improvement projects. For more information on the program please contact the City Administrator.
