City of Milton – Home Rehabilitation Loans
The City of Milton is accepting applications from City of Milton residents for loans to fund the rehabilitation of their home. These loans are provided to city residents who qualify under the loan requirements until the available funds are exhausted. The loans are available to residents that meet the moderate household income limits listed below.
Eligible Work: Repair of the house structure including foundation, floors, walls and roof. Replacement or repair of furnace, hot water heater, electrical distribution system, or sanitary fixtures. Also weatherization, insulation, steps, walkups, and handicapped accessibility improvements. NOT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.

Owner-Occupant: Zero percent (0%) interest with payment deferred loans. Repayment of the loan will be deferred until the property is no longer occupied by the borrower or if the borrower dies. This loan is available to applicants that meet the household income limits listed above and have their project approved by the loan administrator.
